A custom gatefold rigid box built around a symmetrical double-door opening and a removable inner product box. Wrapped in matte black textured paper, the exterior remains restrained when closed. Opening both doors reveals metallic interior artwork and a second boxed layer, creating a controlled transition from outer identity to product presentation.
Designed for limited editions, collectible products, brand collaborations, and premium launches that require more storytelling than a standard rigid box.
This custom double-door presentation box uses two rigid side panels that meet at the center and open outward from opposite sides.
When closed, the aligned black-on-black emblem crosses the central seam, making the two doors appear as one continuous exterior. The minimal black surface keeps the structure visually quiet while allowing the opening mechanism to remain the main point of interaction.
As the doors open, the interior changes completely. Metallic copper-gold line artwork extends across the inner door panels and central background, turning the full interior into one connected visual scene. The product is housed inside a separate rigid inner box positioned within the central chamber.
The removable inner box creates a second stage of access. The outer double-door structure introduces the collection and artwork; the inner box then contains and protects the primary product.
This format is useful when packaging needs to present a collectible object as part of a larger story rather than simply reveal it immediately.

Fully customized. The overall box dimensions, door width, center gap, hinge spacing, central chamber depth, inner box size, magnet position, and insert layout are developed according to the product dimensions, weight, artwork, and intended opening sequence.
For taller or heavier products, board thickness, hinge construction, magnetic strength, and internal support need to be adjusted to prevent the doors from shifting or the central structure from deforming.
